How the Relationship Works
Step 1
We sign an Ambassador / Retailer / Associate agreement. This agreement will include a minimum sales commitment of 8 gallons of Oxygen coating per month on your part.
Step 2
The Ambassador will then place a first order of 8 gallons, pre-paid, and repeat every time an order quantity has been sold-out. This way inventory and large upfront investment is avoided.
Step 3
Oxygen will be investing in on and offline marketing campaigns to build awareness of Oxygens clean technology that will help you standout in todays competitive marketplace.
Terms of Cooperation
– An annual contract with a MOQ purchase / sales commitment of 8 gallons per month.
– ALL 8 gallon orders are prepaid online at a special rate.
– All shipments from Oxygen manufacturing center are made within 7 to 10 days from date of PO.
– All deliveries shall be made by Oxygen courier partners and paid for by the receiving party.
– No refund or exchanges are accepted ONCE a can has been opened or used.
– ALL Oxygen Ambassadors / retailers / Associates can request an exclusivity territory license agreement in their city / state that can be discussed separately that comes with larger quantity purchases.
