How the Relationship Works
Step 1
We sign a Distribution / Retailer / Associate agreement. This agreement will include a minimum purchase order of ONE display box that comes with 20 Oxygen pouches as a starting point.
Step 2
Place the box in sight near your cash register or paint mixing counter. This will create curiosity and interest for customers who may want to know how to enhance their paint with health and wellness properties.
Step 3
Explain to customers how Oxygen can help them create better air quality, freshness and ambiance in their living or workspaces by talking about the properties of earth minerals that are the powder pack.
Terms of Cooperation
– An annual contract with a MOQ purchase commitment of one Oxygen display box with 20 pouches per month.
– ALL Display boxes with 20 pouches are purchased at a special reseller rate.
– All shipments from Oxygen packing center are made within15 days from date of PO.
– All deliveries shall be made by Oxygen courier partners and paid for by the receiving party.
– No refund or exchanges are accepted ONCE a pouch has been opened or used.
– ALL Oxygen distributors/ retailers / associates can request an exclusive territory license agreement in their city / county / state. This opportunity can be discussed separately with larger quantity purchases of over 2000 pouches per month with a 2 year commitment.
